To go along with this week's sermon, let's look at 1 Corinthians chapter thirteen. It's important to know what love means in the biblical context and not what the world says love is. Let's look up a few of the words like patient, kind, vaunts, puffed up, to get the full "meat" from the words. It's also important to know that this type of love is the foundation for all spiritual gifts and this must be our motivation in serving God as his ministers. You might be thinking that you're not a minister? Everyone who calls himself/herself a christian is. It says in Revelation, I have called you a nation of kings and priests. We're called to serve the Lord with a servant's heart and to minister to all those around us wether it's co workers, family but especially those who are part of the household of faith!
